Navetix provides an AI Agent Management Platform that helps businesses capture knowledge, build AI agents, test them safely, and run them in production. Our services include:

• Platform access for managing AI agents
• Knowledge capture and instruction management tools
• Testing and observability features
• Vertical-specific solutions (e.g., Navetix Dental)

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights

7. Payment Terms

If you purchase our services:

• Fees are as specified in your service agreement
• Payments are due according to the billing cycle
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navetix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navetix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
